National University Admission Result 2026
The National University (NU) conducted the Honours Admission Test 2025-2026 on 25 April 2026. The test was an MCQ exam of 100 marks held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 138 centres across Bangladesh. Admit cards were available from 11 April to 24 April 2026.

1st Merit List

Migration/Subject Change Result
Many students apply for subject migration. The Migration Result or Subject Choice Result shows if you can change to a better subject within your assigned college based on merit and vacant seats. For the 2025-2026 academic year, the subject change result for students admitted from the 1st merit list will be published on May 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Students whose subjects are successfully changed must download the updated admission form online between June 3, 2026, and June 11, 2026. Note that no additional fee is required for this subject change, and the college does not need to confirm it online.
Additionally, students newly placed on the 2nd merit list who wish to change their assigned subject must specifically select the ‘Yes’ option in the subject change box while filling out their final admission form. Check your Migration result via SMS starting at 4:00 PM or regularly check your dashboard on the admission portal after 9:00 PM.
Quota Result
Students who applied under quota (Freedom Fighter, Ethnic Minority, Disabled, etc.) get separate Quota Result. The Quota Merit List is published along with or after the general merit list. You must submit your quota documents at the college during final admission. The deadline is the same as the merit list you are selected in.
Release Slip Result
If you do not get any seat in the merit lists, you can apply for Release Slip. The Release Slip Result is the last chance. It usually comes in the 3rd or 4th week of June 2026. The process is simple – you fill up the Release Slip form online and wait for the result. Many students get their desired subject through Release Slip.
